Contractor Systems Now Connects With Slack, Posting New Leads and Missed Calls to a Team Channel
One-click setup sends leads, texts, calls, and review ratings to the channel a contractor picks
LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla., October 7, 2026 —
Contractor Systems now connects with Slack. Home services contractors whose office runs on Slack can add Contractor Systems in one click and choose the channel where alerts should go, such as #leads or #office.
New website and ad leads, customer texts, missed calls, AI receptionist call summaries, and review ratings post to that channel. Every post links straight to the conversation, call, or customer in Contractor Systems. Contractors can turn each type of alert on or off in Settings.
Setup requires no API keys or webhook URLs. The contractor clicks Add to Slack, picks a workspace and channel on Slack’s own page, and approves. The app asks Slack for one permission: posting to the chosen channel. It cannot read messages, see other channels, or message team members directly. Contractors can disconnect at any time from Settings or from Slack.
Setup details are available at contractorsystems.com/integrations/slack.
